Job Description

We are now looking for a Geologist for the position of Mapping Geologist on our Geology Department. As a Mapping Geologist, you will contribute to the safe and efficient mining of Boliden Zinkgruvan's resources by working with the logging of diamond drill cores.

Your main responsibilities will primarily involve logging diamond drill cores, taking photographs, performing density measurements, and handling collected data. You will also be involved in controlling the sawing and storage/archiving of drill cores.

Requirements for the position

• Geology education equivalent to a BSc or a Mining Engineer degree
• Category B driver's license
